1. Define Communication Skills/ Process

Ans: Communication is a Latin Word derived from 'Communicare' Meaning sharing ideas, opinions, information and Feelings between two or more than two participants trough proper channel and get a feedback.

2. What are the elements of Communication skills?

Ans: There are total 7 elements of communication skills as follows:

1. Sender

3. Message

3. What is Interpersonal Communication?

Ans: Communication happens between two people is known as interpersonal communication for i.e. A friend talking with another friend.

4. What is Extra-personal Communication Skills?

Communication that takes place with human entities and non-human entities as well, it is called to be extra personal communication.
5. What is Intrapersonal Communication Skills?
Intrapersonal skills are a form of self-communication because it relates to what happens within one's inner self. Intrapersonal skills are what help you manage emotions and cope with challenges you may face at different times in your life. Similar to emotional intelligence, intrapersonal skills include: Self-confidence.
6. What is mass Media Communication?
The process of creating, sending, analyzing the news to large audiences through verbal and written media is Mass Communication. Printing digital media, internet, social media, radio, and television are few of the media for mass communications.
7. What is Kinesis?
Kinesis (biology), a movement or activity of a cell or an organism in response to a stimulus.
8. what is Proximity?
Proxemics is the study of human use of space and the effects that population density has on behaviour, communication, and social interaction.
9 what is Iconic?
By iconic communication, we mean communication through the use of pictures instead of words. Rather than words, the lexical units in iconic communication are pictures. When used to suggest specific meanings, these pictures are referred to as icons, symbols, or pictographs, among other terms.
10 what is para Linguistics? 
Paralinguistics are the aspects of spoken communication that do not involve words. These may add emphasis or shades of meaning to what people say. Some definitions limit this to verbal communication that is not words.
11. what is Haptics?
Haptics are any type of technology that gives you a tactile response - for example, when your phone vibrates. If you use an iPhone, you may be familiar with Haptic Touch , a feature which vibrates your phone when you long-press the screen.
12. What is Appearance in Communication?
The speaker should consider how others will view him in relation to how he wants to be seen. He should dress up himself in simple and sober dress. Thus, kinesics, inclusive of facial expressions, gestures, body shape and posture will be the part of the messages, the speaker wants to communicate.
13. What is Body Language?
Body language is a type of communication in which physical behaviors, as opposed to words, are used to express or convey information. Such behavior includes facial expressions, body posture, gestures, eye movement, touch and the use of space.
14. What is Chronemics?
Chronemics is the study of the use of time in nonverbal communication. Time perceptions include punctuality, willingness to wait, and interactions. The use of time can affect lifestyles, daily agendas, speed of speech, movements and how long people are willing to listen.

16. What is semantic Gap?
The semantic gap characterizes the difference between two descriptions of an object by different linguistic representations, for instance languages or symbols. According to Andreas Hein, the semantic gap can be defined as "the difference in meaning between constructs formed within different representation systems".
