FAREWELL SPEECH BY A COLLEAGUE (COMMERCIAL)

 

Good Evening to one and all!

We have all gathered here to bid farewell to one of our colleague Ms. Sharma. She is working on the post of a Sales Manager in our company and she has been with us for the past ten years. She has decided to shift abroad for better future prospects and as a result she is leaving us all. I would like to take this opportunity to say a few things about her.

She joined our company as a fresher straight out of college and we were initially a little hesitant to appoint her. Once appointed we had a lot of speculation regarding her capacity to deal with financial matters but to our surprise she had never missed an opportunity to prove us wrong with her hard-work, sincerity and dedication. She is a highly passionate and creative person. She had joined our company as a Sales Person and only with the help of her sheer talent she has reached a position of a Manager in our Sales Department. Her journey has not been easy but she could achieve so much in a short span due to her work commitment and enthusiasm. Due to her skills and capacity the company could successfully complete many projects and there has been a tremendous increase in our sales and profit.

 

Ms. Sharma you are really an inspiration for so many and it would be very hard for us to replace you. Along with a dedicated employee, she has also been a great human being having qualities like kindness, helping and supportive nature. She is a source of constant energy and inspiration for all of us. We are all going to miss you Ms. Sharma. At the same time we will not stop you from making progress in life and we would like to wish you all the very best for future. We hope to see you shine bright, achieve a lot of success and fulfil all your dreams.
