·         Rapid Technological Changes: Advances in technology can outpace the skills taught in formal education, leading to a skills gap.

·         Lack of Practical Experience: Many educational programs focus on theory rather than practical skills needed in the workplace.

·         Evolving Job Market: Job market demands change over time, making it difficult for educational institutions to keep up.

·         Inadequate Career Guidance: Students may not receive proper guidance on career choices or the job market.

 

2.      What personal qualities can help you achieve assertive behaviour?

·         Confidence: Confidence in your abilities and decisions is key to assertiveness.

·         Communication Skills: Effective communication helps convey your thoughts and needs assertively.

·         Emotional Intelligence: Understanding and managing emotions can improve assertiveness.

·         Self-awareness: Being aware of your strengths and weaknesses is important for assertive behavior.

·         Empathy: Understanding the perspective of others can help you assert yourself while respecting others.

 

3. Many great people did not have the advantage of a good education. Benjamin Franklin, Thomas Alva Edison, Henry Ford, Srinivasa Ramanujan, and Dhirubhai Ambani are well known examples. What qualities and characteristics helped these people achieve greatness in their chosen fields?

Qualities and Characteristics of Great Individuals without Formal Education:

·         Self-motivation and a strong work ethic.

·         Innovation and problem-solving skills.

·         Resilience in the face of failure and adversity.

·         Passion and dedication to their chosen fields.

·         Exceptional creativity and a willingness to take risks.
