Discuss these questions in pairs and answer them briefly.


1. What do you feel are some of the qualities of good leaders?


Some qualities of good leaders include communication skills, empathy, integrity, adaptability, and the ability to inspire and motivate others.


2. Is initiative an essential quality in leaders? Why do you think so?


Initiative is crucial for leaders because it demonstrates proactive problem-solving and decision-making, essential for navigating challenges and driving progress.


3. Do good leaders keep motivated throughout their lives? How do you think they

do so?


Good leaders often maintain motivation by setting clear goals, seeking continuous improvement, staying passionate about their vision, and surrounding themselves with a supportive network.


Workplace Skills




Discuss these questions in groups of four or fioe and share your answers with the class. Each group can choose one topic.


1. How do you deal with a colleague from the opposite sex?


Treat them respectfully and professionally, focusing on work-related matters. Maintain clear communication and boundaries to ensure a comfortable and inclusive work environment.


2. How would you handle difficult financial situations?


Assess the situation, create a budget, and explore options like negotiating payment plans or seeking financial advice. Prioritize needs and find ways to manage expenses effectively.


3. Do your family members enable you to perform your work well? How do they do so? How do you balance your personal relationships with your duties?


Communicate openly with family about work commitments and appreciate their support. Set boundaries to balance work and personal life, prioritizing quality time with loved ones.



4. Have you ever been in a critical situation? How did you manage your interpersonal relations in the workplace during this time?


   Maintain open communication, show empathy, and focus on finding solutions together. Address conflicts respectfully and seek support from managers or HR if needed to maintain a positive working environment.
