Wherever you go, make a conscious effort to observe the body language of people.
You will learn a great deal about human nature. You can also observe your friends and share your observations about their behaviour with them.
When observing body language, consider the micro-expressions on their face, such as subtle eyebrow raises or lip movements, which can reveal underlying emotions. Notice their eye contact or lack thereof, as it can indicate confidence, honesty, or even deception. Pay attention to their hand movements, as fidgeting or touching their face might suggest nervousness or discomfort. Additionally, observe their stance and body positioning relative to others, as it can indicate power dynamics or levels of comfort. When sharing observations with friends, provide specific examples and ask for their perspective to foster a constructive dialogue about behaviors and their impact on relationships.
