2. **Initiative as an Essential Quality**: Yes, initiative is essential for leaders because it drives them to take proactive steps, make decisions, and lead by example. Leaders with initiative are more likely to identify opportunities, address problems before they escalate, and inspire their teams to take action.


3. **Staying Motivated Throughout Life**: Good leaders often remain motivated by setting continuous goals, maintaining a strong sense of purpose, and staying passionate about their work. They may also surround themselves with inspiring people, seek continuous learning, and maintain a positive mindset to navigate challenges and setbacks.
