MEL: Report Writing

 With a view to rescheduling its programmers, the Director of Zevit TV Channel has asked its Publicity Manager to submit a report. Assuming yourself to be the publicity manager, plan to conduct a survey among two thousand families in the four cities in north India. Prepare a mail questionnaire to be sent to the viewers for this purpose.
