Sales Executive: Thank you for the details. I see your concern here. This issue may be due to a software update problem. We can resolve it immediately.

Customer: I hope so, because this is disappointing.

Sales Executive: I completely understand, sir. We will either update the software free of cost or replace the product if required. Our technician will contact you within 24 hours.
