FY BCom SEC Dialogue Writing

 

Rohit Kumar from Alpha Electronics, Kanpur, enters the Delhi office of his company's chartered accountant with whom he has an appointment. He introduces himself to the person's secretary, explaining who he is, where he is from and why he is there.


Rohit Kumar: Good morning, Madam.

Secretary: Good morning. How can I help you?

Rohit Kumar: My name is Rohit Kumar. I am from Alpha Electronics, Kanpur. I have an appointment with the Chartered Accountant today.

Secretary: Welcome, Mr. Kumar. May I know the name of the Chartered Accountant you are here to meet?

Rohit Kumar: Yes, I have an appointment with Mr. Sharma at 11:00 a.m. I have come to the Delhi office to discuss some important financial matters related to our company.

Secretary: Certainly, Mr. Kumar. Mr. Sharma is expecting you. Please have a seat for a few minutes. I will inform him that you have arrived.

Rohit Kumar: Thank you, Madam. I appreciate your help.

Secretary: You are welcome, Mr. Kumar. I will call you as soon as Mr. Sharma is ready to meet you.

Rohit Kumar: Thank you. I will wait here.
