Interview someone you know who has retired from work. Use the following points to ask the person questions about the job they did. Then write a paragraph on the person's experiences at work. Later, you may share your writing in class.

Interviewer: What kind of benefits did the company offer its employees?

Retiree: Absolutely! It's a company that values innovation, teamwork, and employee development.


After conducting the interview, you can write a paragraph summarizing the retiree's experiences at work, highlighting their progression through various roles, contributions to the company, recognition received, reasons for retirement, and positive impressions of the company overall.
